Operating at the Intersection of Industrial Capability and Institutional Trust
ScandinaviaBharat Group is a Danish company serving as a neutral, mandate-based
facilitator for cross-border engagement between Nordic and European industrial expertise
and institutional stakeholders across India, Europe, and select international markets —
exclusively within regulated and strategically sensitive environments.
We operate where governance, compliance, and long-term strategic alignment are non
negotiable. Our role is to enable disciplined dialogue between qualified industry actors,
public institutions, and strategic partners — nothing more, nothing less.
Our Approach
ScandinaviaBharat Group takes on a limited number of engagements at any given time.
Each is mandate-defined, with clear scope, relevant counterparties, and governance frameworks in place from the outset. We do not engage speculatively. Our value lies in the quality of our network, the depth of our sector knowledge, and our ability to navigate complex institutional and regulatory environments across jurisdictions.
Our Leadership
ScandinaviaBharat Group is led by three partners with complementary and deeply practical
backgrounds across international business, defence, and institutional relations.

Bipul Sharma
Strategic Alliances Director (India)
Bipul holds a university degree in economics from India and brings extensive experience from senior roles in the private
sector, including Tata Group, as well as advisory experience with the World Economic Forum. He contributes deep institutional knowledge and an established network across Indian industry and government.

David Jensen
Strategic Alliances Director (EU)
David combines a background in international trade and import/export with prior service in the Danish defence sector. He
leads European industrial collaboration and brings firsthand understanding of both commercial and defence-side dynamics in cross-border engagements.

Henrik Boddum
Business Development Officer
Henrik holds an MSc in Business Administration and has over 25 years of experience in the Danish defence sector, international business development, and construction—especially in HQSE frameworks. He supports defence projects, focusing on compliance, structured collaboration, and long-term strategy.
