FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

We receive many similar inquiries from industrial and institutional stakeholders. Below are answers to the most common questions about our mandate-based facilitation approach.

What sectors does ScandinaviaBharat Group focus on?

We operate exclusively in highly regulated and strategically sensitive sectors, including defence production ecosystems, safety-critical transport and infrastructure systems, sustainability-driven industrial integration, and cross-border market access in priority domains.

What is ScandinaviaBharat Group‘s in an engagement?

We serve as a neutral, disciplined facilitator. Our mandate is limited to clarifying objectives, aligning stakeholders, and establishing defined governance frameworks. We do not manufacture, supply goods, execute projects, or act as commercial intermediaries.

Who typically engages with ScandinaviaBharat Group?

Industrial companies with advanced technology, institutional stakeholders, and operators in regulated sectors seeking structured, compliance-driven cross-border dialogue within clear governance boundaries.

Does ScandinaviaBharat Group provide consulting services?

No. We do not function as a consultancy. Our scope is strictly facilitation and mandate structuring – never advisory, strategic planning, or operational support.

Is ScandinaviaBharat Group involved in commercial transactions, investments, or agency roles?

No. We hold no equity, act neither as investor, distributor, contractor, nor agent. All commercial decisions, negotiations, and execution remain exclusively between the principals.

How do you address Indian defence offset obligations or FDI regulations in facilitated engagements?

We do not manage or assume responsibility for offset obligations, FDI approvals, or compliance execution – those remain solely with the principals. During Convergence and Formalization under the QCF Protocol, we facilitate structured discussions on alignment with relevant Indian frameworks (e.g., DAP 2020 offsets, Make in India priorities, or automatic FDI routes in defence). This helps identify synergies early while preserving full regulatory independence for all parties.

How can an organisation initiate dialogue?

Submit a brief, confidential outline including strategic context, key stakeholders, jurisdictions involved, and intended scope. All initial inquiries are assessed for alignment before proceeding.

How are export controls, sanctions screening, and dual-use regulations handled in your engagements?

We conduct preliminary regulatory screening during Qualification to flag obvious barriers (e.g., EU export controls, Indian regulations, or international sanctions). Engagements proceed only if compliance appears feasible within mandate boundaries. We do not provide legal advice or assume liability – final compliance rests with the principals and their advisors. All discussions occur via secure, traceable channels to support due diligence.

How Does a Typical Engagement Proceed?

Most engagements begin with a confidential introductory discussion to clarify the strategic objective, the stakeholders involved, and the regulatory context

If there is basis for alignment, the next step is to define scope, roles, and communication channels under an agreed mandate. Dialogue between the relevant parties the proceeds in a structured and controlled manner.

ScandinaviaBharat Group remains responsible for facilitating the engagement process, while all commercial decisions and execution rest with the participating principals.
